How to make colon character on grid field?

You mean, you have something inside your database with a colon, and you want to show it on the grid? Or you have created a field on the grid and want to attribute something with a colon to it and show it?

I have the fields, these fields I took from the table. On Grid -> Setting -> Operation-> Slide and I make a Blocks on Layout.
When I run my app on grid, it will look like the following:
Name Magen Sijabat
Country Indonesia
Email ex@scriptcase.net
I want my grid view as :
Name : Magen SIjabat
Country : Indonesia
Email : ex@scriptcase.net
