Common librairies not found /var/www/html/scriptcase/prod

Hello,

I have this in blank app when I try to print a report with ireport
This message appear only in production NOT in development !?!

I’m in SC v[SIZE=12px]8.1.065
In production, the path must be like this [/SIZE]/var/www/html/_lib/prod

Not sure, you are deploying with some different directories. If that is the case then you must deploy using the ‘advanced’ settings. There you can apply different paths manually.

It doesn’t work on my server (ubuntu ), but I install on an another server (also ubuntu) and it works there ?!?

Is it a problem of folder autorisation ?

can’t tell, never seen this. But I have a few apps running on the same runtime and I needed to fiddle with the deployment. That’s why I opted for this possible cause. But it’s possible that you have set the directory with insufficient rights. Afaik, at least 644.
