Hi Marcia,
We (community) discussed many times about facts that SC developer team don’t realise ours request and suggestions regarding bugs.
You creating new version of SC with old bugs from older version. I would like to know what is the politics regarding to this.
Support should cover things whom l can not do rather than errors which evolves in SC.
I hope you understand the difference. I do not want use my package free payed ticket to the reporting of errors that occur in SC.
This approach is not acceptable. I hope that you move this topic to the conversation with the heads of Netmake.
If you do not notice the problem shall you read this forum and many referrals from previous ignorance of the company is unacceptable.
It will soon impact on your profits from the sale. Do not corrected errors inc SC cause the situation, that my clients do not want me to pay.
Because customers do not pay me, investment in the SC does not return to, is unprofitable.
So I wonder whether to ask for cash back.
This is not just my voice, this is the voice of whole SC Community and Partners.
I would like to know if you are going to plan meeting between community and Netmake to discuss what changes are needed.
I look forward to a constructive reply.

Thanks for your email and feedback.
We are aware of each bug posted on forum, we have people moderating the comments, I talk everyday with Giuseppe, Bartho and Albert, they send me these feedback too.
It is normal that a new version have things to correct, the spend 2 months testing Scriptcase internal and externally, however it is very complex problem, people run Scriptcase for different purposes, after the release we launched 5 updates basically with bugs fixing, all based in customers feedback.
Last week we did a meeting about the forum and we will probably change the approach. It is important to have your feedback and to know that people are not happy with it, I will delivery this information to our CEO.
The best way for you to report bugs is to send them to bugs@scriptcase.net this email goes directly to development, they test the bug and add to the mantis for correction by priority.

[I]Sure you can share. After your email and also Giuseppe’s we went through the threads to check the unsolved bugs, some of them were solved already and launched on the last version from yesterday. Maybe to need to work harder on the forum, the feedback you enter there is very important.
