I use another development tool and there’s a community liaison? This person is responsible for meeting with “the company” and thoroughly explaining customer issues/bugs, discusses the roadmap, and wanted features, and reports back to the community. The community liaison usually meets with the company at least twice a year. Is there such a person for ScriptCase? If not, perhaps this is something that could be looked at. If so, this person should be an enterprise type customer, have a vast knowledge of ScriptCase, and be very active on the forums.
