Conflict SC 9 and Local by Flywheel

Hi, my question:

has anybody tried to install Local by flywheel on the same machine where is installed SC 9 and Mysql CE?

Will the local by flywheel installation generate any conflict with apache environment of SC9 and / or Mysql ?
