Connecting to GoDaddy MYSQL Database

This is the information to my database

MySQL Database Information
Status:Setup
Host Name:tkwintest1.db.3334902.hostedresource.com
Database Name:tkwintest1
Database Version:4.1
Description:test
User Name:tkwintest1
Password: Newstart1

Please tell me why your software will not connect to the database or what I could be doing different. If I can connect to my database I will buy the software. I wish there was a way your software would generate the mysql file without connecting to the database.

Hi,

Try to use the host IP.
If it use a non default Port (MySQL use 3306), place it at the end of IP address. Ex. XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:Port

Hi XpresWebsiteBuilder,
If your Scriptcase framework is installed in other server different that your Godaddy hosting, then you need to make sure that you created a MySQL database that accept remote connections in Godaddy.

Please enable Remote connection database in Godaddy. So you can connect scriptcase to your remote MySQL godaddy connection.
