Convert 3 projects from v8 to v9

I just updated from v8 to v9 and it is giving me an error when I try to convert version. The v8 is no longer working. I have a backup server with v8, but the v9 on the original server cant connect to do the conversion.

I am looking to hire someone who I can email copies of the v8 backups, then they can convert them to v9, and send them back to me,

Please let me know if you are available, the cost, and if you accept PayPal.
