Create connection doesn't work (Windows Mysql)

Hi,
I’m trying to install a Scriptcase (v7) application on Windows Machine (Apache+Mysql), but when I must create a connection no value in “Database Name” list appear (only “Loading…”)
In the Apache Log found a segnalation:

The application works fine on others server (either Windows or Linux).

Somebody help me?

Which windows version? And is your database connection 64 or 32 bit? Scriptcase 7 is 32 bit so you need to accompanying 32 bit database drivers.
