I have installed the trial version of sc. So there is no problem with “Create New Block” … Why not is it going with the normal / licensed version?
I had this once, and ended up recreating the module. Most likely something messed up. I found out that if you change your application then sometimes fields show up or disappear depending on the modus. And if you have data in the disappearing fields then sometimes they do interfere with your application. Mistic problem because these fields are not shown any more. I.e. lookup and then change to select type fields. Not sure that this is the case with you, but might be…

Have you tried to delete the app files (not on scriptcase, the actual physical file) and re-generating it again?
