Creating a Hyperlink in Edit Forms

Hi

I have a created a Student Form application with the fields that are available in the Database. I want to create a non database field in ScriptCase and then have a hyperlink to navigate to another Form Application as Model window.

I looked in to many examples and in Login form I found that there is a datatype called MenuLinks and however this datatype is not available in Forms application.

How to implement this?
