Creating new PHP Method

I am running 7.00.0015

When I create a new PHP Method, the box requesting the method name comes up, but I do not get a box to specify parameters.

This used to work (I have one method set up that way already) and the documentation says that after I create the name, I should get a chance to create parameters.

Instead I get sent directly to the php editor screen.

Am I missing something?

Actually, it seems to have also removed the parameter from an existing Method.

I made some changes to an existing application that had a Method with a parameter, and suddenly, there is no parameter for that Method. And I wasn’t making changes to the Method.
