CSS changes in field section

This one is really annoying
In the field section, I change the CSS values (font size, colour etc) and its hit or miss whether it changes. Usually, it does but after a very long time. Makes it impossible to test.
I clear browser cache but that doesn’t help
How can I make CSS changes take effect immediately??

I am using Chrome BTW

I have the same problem sometimes. So CSS changes mostly show up after clearing cache. And indeed it is annoying to have to clear cache every time you make changes.
