Dashboard application only reload when is active in tab on menu application

Can I make the reload function work only when the “Dashboard” tab is active in the Dashboard application opened in the Tab menu application?

Hello,
We are not talking about the same thing, I want the Dashboard application not to refresh unnecessarily if it is not active.
