Date and Time show incorrect time zone problem

Dear All

  1. I used scriptcase version 9.5.003 which installed on “scriptcase.host” not my local computer.

  2. I have set LocalesRegional Setting to “Thai-Thailand”.

  3. I have set OptionsSettingTimeZone to “Asia/Bangkok”.
    My problem is when I am in developer mode Date & Time show correctly time zone but when make a deployment to web host (which is the scriptcase.host also) date and time will show delay 9-10 hours,which I think it a Brasil time from my time zone (Thailand time zone)
    I have tried to deploy my application to web host which locate in Thailand but the date and time still not show correctly time zone it still delay 9-10 hours.

  4. I notice that when I set LocalesRegional Setting to “Thai-Thailand” it should be a button like a
    “SAVE” button to save a new value but I cannot find it in the screen. I must use X to close the window.

If someone know how to fix this please help me.

When you first deploy your appication to the production environment, yout have to setupt the database connection AND ther you also can set the timezone for the Production environment.

normally you can find the Producton manager at this url
https://www.YOUR_DOMAIN.com/_lib/prod/lib/php/nm_ini_manager2.php

Hello,

Thank you very much for your suggestion, I can find the file that you mention. But due to there are many TimeZone(s) in the file. Please tell me that where should correct or how to correct it if I want to use TimeZone = GMT+7.

You should call the mentioned url in your browser and than there is a menu where you can select and save the database connection and the timezone. NOrmaly this url is called automatically when you first deploy your Project to the webserver and ther you also must give a Password to protect the Production environment.
