Db refuse connection

Ived install MYSQL 8.0.28 on my server and it is working fine and i can login, but when connecting scriptcase to same database, getting error 1396, eventhough i have created new user in workbench, allow all the privileges’ connection still being refuse.,
Any idea and work around can help.

Thanks for the reply, i used this example in workbench, dont know much in drop user, in workbench,

It seems correct. Tested on my server and it’s ok.
