When i try to import dBASE files into Microsoft Access, ireceive the following error message:
Unexpected error from external database driver (8961)
Anyone else having this issue?

It looks like you didnt install the BDE properly.
If your access is 32 bits then you need to install the 32 bit bde, if ms access is 64 bit then you need to install the 64 bit. If you want to use dbase directly from scriptcase (assuming you are on windows) you should in install the 32 bit for scriptcase as well.
Thanks for the post! I have resolved the issue after installing the correct 32-bit version since my MS Office is 32-bit.
