When I deployed my application, I got a question to upload my webhelp. I checked the checkbox, but the webhelp directory is empty. Am I doing something wrong?

This WebHelp does not refer to SC WebHelp (which you use while you are developing applications), it refers to SC HelpCase. Have you created a Helpcase file on your project?
