Hi
I have an app that I have just deployed
Database set up and accessible via phpadmin and SC prod
but
i get the error “Sorry User is not Active”
Anyone got any ideas?
The select dose not seem to be returning any data
Try enable cookies on the device
Did you moved your users to the new created database?
Did you find an answer? I have just encountered the same issue. I deployed to the test folder before releasing it to the proper folder. I did all of the connections again in the prod utility.
It all still works in the production folder, just not the testing folder.

Found it. I had made a change to my admin db. Small one but that was it.
