After updating 9.4.0005 Log Module is not working.

Hi, AmitGK, I just tested a MySQL app and mine is working. Can you give us more details? Database type (MySQL? SQL-Server), PHP version, etc.?

After reinstalling complete system then its working, I can’t understand what is the issue.
