differents options in form app Application/Navigate section ???

Hello

I installed v8.0.0.28, and I changed form app to exit inserting mode automatically after validation (return to edit mode)

I my 1st form app I have one option more than an another ??

1st form app multiple row mode : Return after inserting work fine

        Return After Inserting          Yes   No       Dont open a new blank record after an insert, instead go to edit mode.
        Exit Application                   Yes   No

2nd form app multiple row : Return after inserting doesnot work ,

        Return After Inserting            Yes   No

I compare the app settings and the two have the same settings !!!

Why the 2nd form has a missing option ???
