Document (File Name) disappeared after update values in form

I have a form with multi upload file field. Everything works fine when adding new records, and correctly loads the file that is placed in the correct folder. But when I recall a record already entered for any change, after the update the attached file disappears. I noticed this behavior after updating to 9.2

Maybe you field has the property for hidde in update mode.?

Could you attach form images before and after recalling the record? Also, report expected behavior.
