In production…i get the error stated below. Any idea why it would say it cannot create directory in production?
Works fine on desktop.
I see you are using Global variable [usr_schooldid]
Does the variable have a value? It seems like the Global variable is empty.
Test by removing the [] and make a string first to see that it works.
Also advise on which OS this is running?

The variable does have a value. The issue was with the document path in the application settings
I had to give the entire document path on the linux server of the /home…/…/. /scriptcase/file/doc folder where a subfolder is created.
It works now.
