dropdown box in Search Form

OK,
In the search form for a grid that lists all orders. I have 2 dropdown in the search form:

  1. customer list
  2. product list

I want to search all orders related to a product, ignoring the customer dropdown. However, the customer dropdown does not have an empty option to it. The customer dropdown was created from a table look up.

If we can’t tick a box to ignore some search filters, it looks like it’s a defect of the system???

When you define the dropdown in Search Lookup:

Set ‘Display Title’ to Yes
Leave the Title empty for blank, or enter a value like ‘-- Select --’

Thank you for the trick. It works properly.

Unfortunately, this forum does not have the Bookmark feature in order to bookmark the certain topic.
