Editable grid view, "Use modal form to edit" is not working

when creating form of editable grid view, “Use modal form to edit” is not working.
sc version: 8.1.014

The buttons are missing aren’t they? Should be fixed by SC but besides that, modal forms have issues on IPads, so I recommend not to use modals here unless you don’t have to run on them.

Thanks Albert for your reply. The case is that when I create an Editable Grid View, and select “Use modal for to edit” to “Yes”, and I run the form, it still editing on the grid, not on a modal form.
