I would ask that those who have made ERP system share some of their experiences in terms of how the project is how many applications on any hardware to all hosts and how many users have, and that it is always a good web server response … thanks
Every industry has different ERP System, which industry you are looking for.
I intend to do ERP for Trade, I pray those who are already doing larger projects to share some of my experience, it does not even have to be a project of this type, it is indicative to a hundred users
Has anyone made any major project in SC, I’m sure you eat? Can you share with us the experience how the product works, how many users and how they are satisfied with the performance of the system … Thanks
We have loads of applications implementing self-service, financials and student administration, even digital signing. We have a potential of 8000 employees and over 30000 students. The applications runs fine with not real performance issues, not more than other (commercial) applications. SC runs on IIS as well as Apache with Oracle database.
There are issues from time to time developing. Scriptcase has it’s flaws, but you need to find your way around them. If you can, and accept, that speeding up development has it’s price then you are well off using Scriptcase. If you don’t want to invest time in finding out how SC can help you (like some here) then you are better of using some other tooling.
Also keep in mind that security issues do occur as in any webapplication. As Scriptcase generates php depending on your configuration you might overlook some of these, so you need to test your applications well.
