Error creating temporary files

When I am typing a new password I get this Error…

Error creating temporary files.

In the same level of the “prod” folder, it must have a “conf” folder.

Ex: If your prod are in:

http://server/prod

there must be

http://server/conf

The “conf” folder must have permission to writing and reading, in the case of Linux set recursive permission.
