error during ftp Transfer tp production server

Sometimes I get the following error, when I start FTP to transfer deployment to development server.
The proces runs a while and then sometimes it is cancelled with the error message :
in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, boolean given | Script: C:\Program Files (x86)\NetMake\v9\wwwroot\scriptcase\devel\class\page
mPagePublishWizard.class.php linha: 1958

This happens not all the time.

FTP-Transfer duration too long ??

You are better of copying the websites by hand via a good ftp client (filezilla / total commander / …). Your ftp server probably has a timeout of x seconds (30?? check on your ftp server). Also check if you use passive or active mode in your client.
