Error generating applications

for some reason… whenever i am trying to generate my applications i receive an error.

Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/kafecadm/public_html/scriptcase9/devel/tpl/scriptcase/page_header.tpl.php:5) | Script: /home/kafecadm/public_html/scriptcase9/devel/iface/generate_code.php linha: 76

am i the only one?.

hello,
this come from update 9.4.017 , for me update and stop generating, only one thing for this moment for me is back to 016 and all ok
i have a version for windows this is ok, but on my serveur, linux, problem after update
