Error HTTP 502.2 - Bad Gateway

Hi,
I deploy me SC 6 application on Windows 2008 with IIS .5 and for grid application, i got a Error HTTP 502.2 - Bad Gateway.
I use in production environment PHP 5.2.13.
Any idea ?
