Error: Chart application, when used “Search” option (select box or multi-select box) an error is raised and nothing has happened (see picture below).

try to remove the sql in the search lookup as a test. I once had the same problem. I removed the sql and it worked. Then i build up the sql again step by step. In my case it was a complicated sql. I simplified it and it worked.
I don’t use any SQL in search for lookup. This is an old app which worked OK two years ago and now I am very surprised since I don’t change anything only regenerate it and it gives me an error. I made a new app with a very simple query and I got the same result. Thanks, but I think this is something other than your case.
