error inserting sc_log error after adding security

Error inserting:
no such table: tb_sc_log

I get the above error on all forms after I added the security module. The table doesn’t exist. Do I need to create it manually? If so, what are the field definitions?

Have you created the log from the modules menu option? The table needs to be created first by that module (modules -> log -> create)
