I’ve created some simple forms and grids through the batch applications option but after immediately been created they show a 500 error, I have not edited the form and grids in any way.
Ive created many forms and grids in this way, but since yesterday any forms or grids that I create doesn’t seem to work.
Any suggestions?
even after deleting and retrying? Any app?
Yes, I’ve tried:
Deleting
Renaming
Trying with different users
Copying a working form
And none of them works
Also Iv’e beeng getting this error that online support hasn’t been able to figure out:
At some point when logging into SC and trying to open any code inside a button or event or any code inside the editor, it doesnt load it,I shows the editor blank.
I need to change networks in order to “download” whatever is missing and then reconnect to the previous network and continue working.
I’ve checked the proxy and firewall connectios but nothing has changed and also other SC devs are connected to the same network working without a problem.
tried to reinstall? you can backup your apps or backup your nm_scriptcase.db database.
Well I haven’t tried to reinstall.
We have SC hosted in SC hosting services, so I dont have control over that, I guess I could create a ticket for it
But the weird thing is that I have 2 other users/devs using the very same service, working on same projects, on the same network and they don’t have any trouble creating forms, grids, etc
Again I tried to create a chart application today and at the first run, it shows a 500 error
Its driving my crazy
Ok so SC has been reinstalled, the problem persists
We have realized that THIS ONLY HAPPENS IN ONE PROJECT and none of the devs can run newly created forms, grids, charts, etc in this fresh-intalled-SC
I have exported, imported the project, If I generate code, it does so without throwing errors, the project runs perfectly all the previous forms, grids, charts, widjets etc
I’ve tried removing using security also, but nothing works.
I have created a new project and configured the connection to the DB, created a grid and worked perfectly which leads ne to believe there’s something wrong with the project configuration itself.
My next step is to create a new project en then copy all applications to the new one and see if it works.
How can I get someone fomr SC to look at this?
Anytime I see an error 500 the first thing I check is the permissions of the files themselves.
Make sure they are set correctly in that project like this article says:

Ok so nothing seemed to work, my solution was to create another project an then copy all applications to the new project, and everything works fine.
What happened will remain a mistery for ever
