This is a long and difficult explanation as Gmail does not allow direct connections anymore. You have to create an externa/additional password for the account.
Go to Gmail Account,
Click on the 9 dots (top right)
Select Account
Select Security
Enable 2 Step Verification
Refresh Page
Select App Passwords
Setup password for the External APP
