error when export grid app as pdf file

Hello,

I am new ScriptCase. Here is my first question.

I have successfully deployed my first application in live production server. But when I try to export one of my grip application as a pdf file, It said

The requested URL /_lib/tmp/sc_pdf_20150927111346_29_grid_identitas.pdf was not found on this server.

I logged in as an admin.

You should check on your server that the file was created there and that the rights are set properly on your server so that the file can be downloaded.
Often this is just a rights issue.
