Error when running an application

I get this error every time i try to login to one of the build in application, like Gallery or online-shop.

scriptcase/app/sc_news/menu/menu.php was not found on this server.

What’s wrong?

Found out after installing scriptcase on my computer that a lot of things are missing, one of them is the menu folder, so that’s the reason it says it cannot find it.

What is the best way to fix this? Make a new installation?

As far as I know these applications don’t come with the product. Did you dowload them somewhere? are you sure you got the version that matches you SC version?

When i start up ScriptCase and i start a new project i can choose e.g. online-shop as a template.

I downloaded it from your website.

I have no idea

These are the steps I think you should do:

  1. create new project Online Shop
  2. generate source code (Project -> generate source code)
  3. deploy the application (Project -> deploy)
  4. start the application in browser (folder you deployed in, for example: http://localhost/sc/deploy)

I myself tried these staps, but get a lot of errors in step 2, like:
Connection error - Connection attempt failed: could not find driver

Probably because the applications are not yet compatible with scriptcase V5?

Have you tried it with V4?

No i haven’t tried V4.
