can someone please explain what this means??
I’m attempting to use the HelpCase portion of SC, however, recently, whenever I open the tool this message pops up. Historically, the helpcase has performed poorly, at best. Once I figured out all the goofy crap I needed to remember each time I wanted to create a new help screen/page, I thought it was working. Now, whenever I open the helpcase… pop goes the error message…
