Error with form app since the latest update

Hi,
just create a form (nothing more, no programation) and try to launch it and I have this error :

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in C:\Program Files (x86)\NetMake\v71\wwwroot\scriptcase8\app\Soudex\form_axyaldossierelements\form_axyaldossierelements_apl.php on line 3047

Ok, by default,no fields are on the form and no primary key is defined. That is the problem.

Never see that before.

Found the problem.
I forgot to set my primary key as auto inc
