Errors restoring backup

I am trying to restore SC backup. The one which runs from the SC settings page. The file is about 1.6 Gb.(as it consists of several projects). I get “Internal Server Error”.

Tried to increase some parameters in PHP.INI but it did not help.
Any solutions or workaround ?

check the available disk space / you must have enough space to extract the project upon import or restore
