Exit from container form

I have an aplicattion that use a container form, but when I call it, if i want to get back to the main forma, I have to close the window and re-enter in the system to continue working.

How can i Add a button to exit from container form?

Thanks Scott, but my question is how can i add a back button in a container form, because i haven’t found any way to add a field or button to this kind of forms.

Did you tell me that i have to add a exit button or field link to each form that is under container? to be able to return to de last page.

Are there some way to add a link o button to the Title of de Container form?
