if sc have interface such as extjs Designer, its really cool, we can put any field on any place with drag and drop.

YES YES YES, ExtJS is an extremely good/interesting product. It is a little pricy, but seems to be very flexible and has tons of features.
If seem to require however more work and more JS/PHP knowledge to work with. It would be awsome to use ExtDESIGNER with SC
