Failed update to V9.0.036 - or bug?

Check version shows that my copy is updated. License information shows that I AM running [SIZE=13px]V9.0.036. When I attempt to generate a newly created form I get this error (No issue generating a grid). Failed update or bug?[/SIZE]

I have upgraded, but I have not had any problems

Failed update due to resource issue on the shared hosting environment that we were using. Moved it out of that environment - back in house to a machine that we have control of.
