Fatal Error after attempted upgade

I was attempting to run an update. The system hung up. After closing the browser. I get the message window:

You have reached your license connections limit, choose which session do you want to disconnect to log in.

When I select “Disconnect this user” I get
Fatal error: Class ‘nmPagePermission’ not found in C:\Program Files (x86)\NetMake\v7\wwwroot\scriptcase\devel\class\page
mSite.class.php on line 95

a window pops up

Hello,

Please do a manual update, and let me know on any updates:

1 - Download SC ZIP file
2 - Backup your SC (admnistration --> backup: http://downloads.scriptcase.com.br/downloads/v7/manual/en_us/webhelp/manual_mp/60-Configuracao/02-Administracao/06-Servicos/02-Backup.htm)
3 - Extract SC ZIP and copy the files to your current SC installation (replacing the “old” files).

DO NOT DELETE ANY FILE DURING THIS PROCEDURE.

when I go to backup option I get the following message

Hello Martin,

If you have installed SC using SQLite (which is the default storage engine), simply copy your current installation to another (safe) folder as a backup.

After that go to the 3rd step.

I couldn’t quite understand the second line “image sent you the message that generated the loss of two working days.”.

nmPagePermission class mssing

[I also got this error after iwas prompted to do an update my scriptcase startup message.
logged cll sent diagnosis file…now stuck !! how to proceed?
