filename containing spaces trunked

Hello,
I’m using scriptcase 7.01.0004 and I have the following problem.
I am using document database field in a grid and it works but if I upload filename containing spaces in the filename when I download them the names are trunked at the first word of the name and they are without extention. If I download them from a form the extention is correct but the name is an auto generated one. I attach images to be more clear.

do you know if there is any workaround? Perhaps to force the substitution of spaces with underscore at upload time?

There’s no event for that unfortunately. The only way is to hack your code. There are more issues with the upload, that’s why we have solved our issues in the generated code and put that read-only on the production server.

I did not understand your reply.
I understood that there are not workaround for the issue but what do you mean with " we have solved our issues in the generated code and put that read-only on the production server"?
Is there a beta patch we can test?
