I follow exactly the step by step like a Webinar, when i try to update or add a record with the document, this is the issue, please let me know, What should I do?

in the version 9.5.003 the problem occurred again when running the upload form to google drive. I run the test on localhost. But when I upload and run the test at mydomain.com it works without an error message. Thank you.
