Before the update, we had an option to ban an user and automatically delete all content related to this user.
Where the hell is this option now?
I assume that when you delete the posts by spam that the user is banned automatically. If not… well most of the time these users only post once. But in general I’m still not used to the innerworkings and try to find my way into it.
But there are users spamming visitors messages, and I don’t see how to do it there.

I was searching for this @Giu, I’m not sure either.
We had to upgrade the forums due to security issues, but it seems some options were moved.
Can you confirm if this options existed before? If it did I’ll have a look on all moderation powers later. (sorry for the lack of attention, its crazy around here those days specially with a big holidays coming in brazil).
Yes Cavadinha, we where able to ban users, to remove all spam visitor messages etc. I find it hard to find my way into this forum. If you want to delete a post you click on it and then go to the deletion menu. Then you are required to logon. Then you need to redo the actions as after logon the system has forgotten what you wanted to do. The messages menuitem is very unclear how to get rid of things and it makes a moderator uncertain what to do. In fact I even lost a thread by some silly action trying to delete some spam.
@Cavadinha @John_L_Santos On preivous version, when you set a “deletion for spam” it gave you the option to ban the user and delet all messages.Now this option is not there. On mobile, moderation is not possible, you can’t select to delete a thread for example. Now, this version has visitor’s messages too, and users are spamming there, but because we can ban/delete a user with it’s related content.
What all this means? Previous version meaybe had more spamming. But rr, Albert and me had it controlled. Now, is uncontrolled. For example, I can’t ban/delete danchoi123, a spammer user
