Form Application: Internal Server Error - Postgresql

In Scriptcase using version 8 to 8.1 (as of 7.17) attempting to make a form Single Row, Multiple, etc against Postgresql 9.1 I get an Internal server Error. I have check the logs and it says time out, so following all the advice in the forums, I modified the timeout to 10 minutes and the problem continues.

Nothing special in the Apache / Log /Error except timeout with an incomplete header message.

I can make applications of Grids, Charts, Reports, etc. Just seems to effect the Forms Application. Has anyone else run into this?

Sorry, I feel I need to add some additional information. I am in Ubuntu. I can create Form Applications with MYSQL as the backend database. The project repository is set to MySQL but the form I am attempting to generate is from Postgresql database. Again works with other type of applications. I have tried this through to version 8.1 issues on July 16.
