Form - Collapse default is (+)

Hi Friends,

             In my form active 3 blocks
                   1) main
                   2) User list
                   3) Notes

              Collapse is "Yes". My question is default userlist and notes show (-). I need (+) sign default . If user wants click the (+) after then show the list.

Please give me the solution.
