Form/image(database) Update not not work in production, form hangs

if i update form with image(database) the form hangs in production.

this problem has simply been ignored by NetMake for months.

@salvatore. I have a similar problem. Scriptcase’s team never gave me a solution for that problem.

Can you show a video wich is he problem?

Check the PHP log.
Sometimes MySQL or PHP settings are not big enough for Images.

Es geht um die Produktion-Umgebung?! Welches Hosting ist das?

Zuerst muss man das Problem ermitteln :wink:
Wenn Scriptcase / das Programm keine Fehlermeldungen anzeigt, kann es einfach sein, dass dort das Fehler-Protokoll für die Anzeige ausgeschaltet ist.

Dann ist meistens ein Blick in des Error-Log von PHP / Apache hilfreich. Dort findet man auch (indirekt) meist die Fehlermeldungen von mySQL.
Daran kommt man oft über die Einstellungen im Hosting, also beim Provider.

Erst danach ist sinnvoll zu entscheiden, an welchem Parameter es liegt.
Sorry - alles andere ist raten und viel probieren…

Hello,

Got first from PHP 7.4.14 to PHP 7.1.33 and then to PHP 7.3.26. Both attempts were successful. Only under 7.4.14 does it not work. The error can be reproduced!
