That will be a challenge, but you could start with a lot of custom fields and try to organize them in groups. I assume these fields should be editable; the empty spaces will be the challenge. You could created dummy fields for them and make these readonly, perhaps change color so that the field will be rendered causing the layout you want. That way you will see the dummy fields, but by changing color they become invisible. Something like that. Will be a puzzle though.

1- The Block-DATI VISITA- is correct
2- The Block - ANAMNESI - shows a part of the data of the block -REFRAZIONE CORRETTO -
3- The Block - SINTOMI - shows a part of the block data - REFRAZIONE CORRETTO -
4- The Block -REFRAZIONE- is correct
I tried to manage all this with the “pages” but my problem is that I would like to have always visible the block-DATI VISITA- in all page views. I do not know if I was very clear, could you help me?
