Form return to Add New

I have a form to insert new records. I click ADD NEW, type in data, and save. It saves perfectly. But I would like it to return to the original state so I can ADD NEW again. The ADD NEW and EXIT buttons are both gone after insert. I’m sure this is a simple setting, but can’t find it.
